Jadwal Liga Inggris pekan ini dimulai dengan pertandingan Brighton & Hove Albion vs Manchester United di Stadion Falmer, Brighton, Sabtu (24/8). Pertandingan akan berlangsung mulai pukul 18.30 WIB. Duel ini tidak akan mudah bagi MU. Pasalnya, Brighton tampil luar biasa dan sedang berada di puncak klasemen sementara Premier League berkat kemenangan 3-0 atas Everton di pekan pertama.
Manchester City akan bermain di kandang. The Citizens menjamu klub promosi Ipswich Town di Etihad Stadium. Arsenal akan bertandang ke Villa Park untuk melawan Aston Villa. Tim asal London lainnya, Chelsea, bermain di kandang Wolverhampton. Liverpool dengan pelatih barunya akan bermain di Anfield saat menjamu Brentford. Duel Liverpool vs Brentford menjadi laga penutup Liga Inggris pekan kedua.
